And here find ourselves again. Two weeks remain before Hulkageddon ends, and the forums are full of self-important little shits proclaiming ever so loudly that Hulkageddon does not affect them.
The same cannot be said for the 5000 poor fools that have been deshipped in the first half of this year’s Hulkageddon, with over a trillion isk in damages done so far. This hulkageddon has exceeded our wildest expectations. I am so very proud of all our great competitors, and remember the race for the gold is not yet over!
As promised the pilot who tipped the balance past 1 Trillion isk (namely the honorable: MiserySignals of GoonWaffe ) Will be receiving a CASH BONUS of 2 billion isk for his effort.
There is some fierce competition in several of the prize categories, but most notably Tappad [Gents] (who had been in the lead for most of the event) has recently been overtaken by Oxygen Achasse, who has murdered an incredible 186 miners thusfar. I tip my hat to you sir!

Naturally the blogosphere has it’s share of Hulkageddon detractors, take for example this good man.
In his blog he describes (in many words!) how he thinks Hulkageddon is a non-event, and ended his post with the words: Hulkageddon?? ”Pffft. Fucking whatever . . .”
Naturally this state of affairs could not be allowed! Thus Miura Bull and Kaeda Maxwell of the fine Black Rebel Rifta Club took it upon themselves to conduct a Thorough Investigation ™ to ascertain the identity of this vile Heretic. Numbers.
I had the distinct pleasure of being on EVE radio with the esteemed CCP Diagoras aside from being an all-round awesome dude, he is also the undisputed master of EVE numbers. As we waited on a break to pass in the live radio show, he discovered (to both our amazement) that Hulkageddon’s impact can definitely be seen in the statistics of Tranquility.

(not really) As ever, the Carebear Segment of the player base is proving themselves more psychotic than the worst pirate or griefer. No Hulkageddon seems to go by without some regrettable mentally challenged bear trying to scare me with empty threats, I’ll just stick up a screenshot without further comment (note that I don’t actually have a family).
